totally new to this. Need help

Hey so i have wanted to get into D&D for a while and have no one to play with therefore i never learned the rules. So here i am a blank slate with no idea how to play but all the desire to do so is there anyone out there willing to take me under their wing and help me understand this wonderfully immersive world? Thanks in advanced. 

Hey Dylan, you're in the forum for discussing API which is definitely off topic.&nbsp; My recommendation would be to go to the looking for group forum and read through some of the posts from the last week or so.&nbsp; Many people advertise their games looking for new people (as in brand new).&nbsp; There are also some videos you can watch about using roll20: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLbmEAMN7g4" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLbmEAMN7g4</a> There was another one the other day, but I couldn't find it and am about to head out.&nbsp; I'll look for it when I get back.
