App hasn't been working for a couple weeks now.
Gets stuck on loading. I'm a plus subscriber and a dungeon master and was using the app to read up and prepare for adventures while away from the computer. I found it very useful and now poof, service is non existent.
Same here I log in see the word loading... And it hangs forever buttons show up but are unresponsive and I have to force the app closed. Tried restarting phone, tried reinstall restarting in between.. No luck
I have an android running 9.0 really good specs.
My phone is an Htc-u12-plus 2Q55100 no hacks or anything just standard updates
The last app update broke it. My peeps couldn't play on theirs either and I don't know what they got.
Today is our game night and I have to sit at my pc we're all trying to work from home and I have to go outside to talk to them and then come back in to roll my moves.

Pretty sure we are all talking here about the mobile Roll20 app here. It's available on both android and iphone, but it's severely broken, seems to be best to stay clear of the current old one in waiting for the new one coming later this year.
This same "Loading" issue with android/iphone app have been reported multiple time in the past weeks, but as the (existing)app have long been low priority, I wouldn't hope for any fix for this anytime soon or at all.
I stand corrected, thanks, Andreas. Roll20 via the web does not support phones, but the Roll20 App is intended to support phones.
Same here- same issues. App for Android does not work on my tablet. Sent an email bug report weeks ago still to no reply from roll20.
If roll20 doesn't want to think about or fix the app any longer that's fine just stop advertising it and stop pretending you're taking bug reports seriously. Android app hasn't been updated since 2018 and they don't answer to bug reports. Very frustrating.
I suggest making future replies in this larger "android app won't load"-thread to consolidate reports into one place, where I've directed other threads to post in as well.
the app just posts "loading" on my note 10 and on my IPad. Not sure what to do. Trying to join friends game but the loading never actually loads anything.
The App has been officially deprecated. On the plus side, Table on Tablet is now available at all subscription levels.
