Tokens showing srd image instead of MM image

I recently bought a premade module and all of the MM tokens are showing a normal red token with the name of the monster inside of it instead of a piece of artwork. I have bought the mm on roll20 so that shouldn't be the issue. Do I need to create and replace that picture in every single token in the module if I want artwork in my mm tokens? Even when I drag a token from the compendium it just shows the name of the token in the token and not any artwork.

This likely is a current limitation of licensing overlap. I assume you are using a non-WotC module, one that is using the SRD, but has not actually licensed WotC's resources? If the creators didn't have "goblin" art, then they had to make their own "goblin" token. Items in a game always have precedence over compendium items (to prevent accidentally overwriting homebrew content or variations.) So the module's resources will trump any other source. I have heard some chatter that this is something the devs would like to find a solution for, but I haven't heard anything solid. Of course, if this is a WotC module, it might be some other issue entirely.

It is a non WoTC module. Is there any way to disable SRD for the game? Or replace the SRD tokens with the MM tokens from the compendium? Or do I have to create custom tokens for each monster?  If I could replace the standard SRD picture for that campaign, That would work as well.

If it's a non-WotC module, the creator of the module was limited to SRD creatures when they created it. You can remove (or rename) the SRD creatures from your game and then drag/drop the ones from the Monster Manual into the game. I've also dragged the Monster Manual creature onto the VTT, clicked the token, and edited the in-game character to "use selected token" to solve this issue in my own games.
How do you remove the SRD from the game? Or do you mean removing the token from the battle map and then replacing it with the monsters in the compendium? Because if I don't change the default token image on the creature, it will just repopulate with the SRD token even though it shows the MM as the source.
I figured it out, I think... If I delete the SRD folder in one fell swoop, all the srd images end up in the root folder which overrides their default token. If I delete each srd file one by one; it won't move to the root folder and overite the MM tokens.

I mean delete or rename the SRD-based character sheets for the monsters from your game and then drag in the MM ones. Basically, you need the monsters that are based on the SRD to not be the same name as the one from the compendium in order for the compendium to drag in the new ones. Does that make sense?
