[D&D 5e] R20 character sheet doesn't allow casting at higher level if "Spell Attack" field has a value

Hi all, I have a situation with a 5e character sheet (the Roll20 sheet) trying to input an Inflict Wounds spell. If the "Spell Attack" field has a value other than "NONE" the sheet doesn't trigger the spell level selection query when I click the spell - instead it automatically processes the spell at 1st level. I have tested this for both "MELEE" and "RANGED" - and for clarity tested with other values in all other fields and other spells just in case.

Is there a known fix for this issue? Is it a known issue that has a resolution in the works?

Thx

A potentially related issue - while trying to build an Eldritch Blast cantrip on the same character sheet template, the sheet will either output attack rolls (with "Spell Attack" enabled) or damage (with "Spell Attack disabled) - but never both.

OK feeling a little dumb, but in case anyone else is having this issue: solution is in the sheet's advanced options (Gear in the Core/Bio/Spell/Gear selector) - the sheet defaults to Never Auto Roll Damage.
