Every time I launch a game I get stuck on a black screen that says "loading.." I tried using a different browser and clearing my cache, it just works after a long time loading. My internet is good too. Does anyone have a fix?

I've had a player experience the same thing, he's tried three different browsers (chrome, Firefox, Edge) they all hang on the loading screen after launching the game. It'll happen maybe one night a week for him and nothing fixes it so far (reboots, clearing cache, etc), then the next night it'll work fine again.
