How can you change the cost of moving through terrain? e.g. in DnD 5e, the "difficult terrain" costs an extra point of movement

There isn't a way of doing this in Roll20 directly. In my games, we just use the measure tool and mentally reduce our total movement as we move through difficult terrain.
