Webm bought on Roll20 marketplace don't work

Hi all. I've recently bought a bunch of animated tokens (Animated Spell FX Vol1) on the Roll20 marketplace. But nothing works... I can see the animation preview in my right panel, but... when I drop them on my battlemap, nothing. Cannot even see them, must quit, then back, and then the token appears, but static. How can I figure this out? I've checked "animated graphics" etc. Nothing. Thx!

Do they show the lower right animation control button when you select them? Are you assigning them as tokens, rather than avatars? Do you have tinting on them?

Well, I don't have any lower right animation control button, but a camera symbol on the upper right (when on the control panel, in my token file). When I roll over, the animation preview works but then, when I drop it into my VTT, nothing. I've checked the tint: here's the problem in the settings : each time I try to put a transparent "no color" on the tint and background, saving ... All is black... And then, tint is black, each square is black in the settings...  In fact, each time I uncheck a color, then save and back : all colors are black! Seems that's a bug within the game settings... I've disabled all of the API's, trying again... Same problem. So here... I dunno how to figure this out... Contacting R20 team? Thanks again Aaron I use Firefox 75.0 on Windows10. EDIT: when I disable/unchek "Activate animated graphics", I can drop the token in its static version. It appears. Now, when I check again "Activate animated graphics", its still here on the VTT, but static. If it can help...

Ok I've dumped ALL of my animated tokens. Uploaded only one (a flame sphere stuff), and IT WORKS!!!!! Only thing: the image symbol is crack as if the upload is fckd up... but you know what? Never mind! Still doesn't explain the black tint in the game settings...
