Rollable Tables and 5e Polymorph / Wild Shape

I'm wondering if anyone could answer me whether or not the rollable tables option in Roll20 would work with 5e's Wild Shape / Polymorph design.  In the current edition, you basically become the creature you're shapechanging into, which includes gaining a full new NPC sheet.  I know from my prior experience of a few years ago you can attach all of the tokens you add to a rollable table to a single character sheet, but does anyone know if you can have a rollable table where you change both token and attached journal / character sheet?  I appreciate just a yes or no, but if you have any specific tips or such (important steps to remember kind of thing) I'd appreciate hearing those.  Thanks in advance!

I believe someone was working on a script for that recently; I don't know how close to finished they got. There have been lots of threads on the subject, but every solution is just a touch clunky. Myself, I just drag the appropriate beast out of the compendium, give them control and have them pull their regular token off to one side. They can use the beast for beast stuff and the token for PC stuff. And use a little ad hoc adjustment for overlap cases.
Okay, thanks Keith, I figured that might be the case, but I wasn't really sure.  I'll play around with it myself and see how far down the rabbit hole I can slide, xD
