please help

im new to this system and been playing some games with some friends and decided to start making my own campaign. i purchased XGE from the marketplace for my friends game and the compendium, but when im in my own game that im making, the only thing showing up is SRG content. nothing from the PHB or the XGE which i did purchase. can someone please tell me whats going on. 

Did you go into the Game Settings and share your Compendium in there?

Yes. Share compendium is clicked on. Yet my XGE still isn’t there

Can you clarify who is owning the XGE, and who can't see it in the game you created where you have compendium sharing active?

I own XGE. I paid for it from the marketplace and It’s not showing up for me. The person who bought it

ive been looking around for days and still have no clue why my XGE isnt in my compendium im me created game. is there no one that knows why its not appering?
