Free to Play content: Sunless Citadel and Forge of Fury

I’m very grateful for the free to play content as I recently started Sunless Citadel with a new group.  I am wondering though what happens after the “expiration date” for each module (May 14th for Sunless Citadel and May 21st for Forge of Fury).  I should finish Sunless Citadel but I don’t think we will finish Forge of Fury by the 21st.  What happens to the content if I am am in the middle of the module and the free to play expires? Will I lose everything?

You can continue to use the free game you have created. After the expiration date, you will not be able to create a new game using the module, and no patches or updates will be applied to your free game. You certainly can buy the module after the expiration date if you like. You would then be able to make as many games with it as you like and you will receive updates and patches. You would also be able to use the Character Vault with the module regardless of your subscription level. Some people have used the Copy Game feature to make multiple copies of the base game with the module installed while it is free so they will be able to start new games after the expiration date.
