I've used the app in the past even for the campaign i'm trying to load into. I actually built my character for this campaign using the app. I had to uninstall it for a bit then reinstalled it and tried opening the campaign and it's stuck on the black loading screen. I use android and the google app store. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
