I have Advanced Fog of War turned on and Dynamic Lighting turned on.  Regular Fog of War is Off, no using Updated Dynamic Lighting.  Token is set to see, to emit light, all players see light.  The Advance fog of war is not revealing. Here are my settings.

When I had this issue, giving all players control of the token resolved it. Check who is able to edit&Control the token.

I figured out what was wrong.  I was setting up the game and didn't have any players in it yet.  So I had to set it so that npc (dm only controlled) tokens would also uncover fog of war. Thanks for the suggestion though.
