As GM: Delete (not Hide) deck of cards another player created

As GM, how do I delete (not Hide) deck of cards another player created? When I click the name of the deck in the Deck section under the Collections tab, scrolling all the way to the bottom does not reveal a red "delete" button. It is literally missing. Am I wrong, or does a GM NOT have the ability to delete things that players create? If that's the case, that's a pretty bassackwards way of doing things... Please, help, that deck in the Collections tab is REALLY annoying. Like so much so, that I'm actually considering using a different service to play my games. And I was like a mm away from purchasing maps and tokens and stuff... but I just... I just can't with that damn deck of cards still there!
The Collection of the original playing card deck cannot be deleted. Any new decks you can create the delete deck will appear if you open up the deck at the bottom.

Yeah, that really is bassackwards. Ok, well, the only solution I found that I think might work is to clone the game session and make sure NOT to include cloning the deck along with it. This is so irritating. Of course, thanks for the info though.

All new games are created with a standard deck of playing cards. Players are not capable of creating Decks.  Copying the game may not prevent the creation of the deck of cards in the new game.
Sigh. Thanks.
