Players can't see

I was trying to use the Reveal tool to show players where they have been before because the map was not remembering it for them. It gave me three options and one might have been fog of war and I clicked it. Now my players cannot see anything except their token. They have no line of sight, even if I set them to have a light source. They could see everything fine before I borked it somehow...please help

I See you have pro and are most likely using dynamic lighting. You need to make sure that each token is set up similarly to the screenshot. If this does not help please let me know and I can help you trouble shoot it. But dynamic lighting is VERY picky with the setting, and takes a good bit of tinkering to get it how you want it.
The tokens have been setup as shown, but it has not changed the ability to see. Does it matter that players are still connected to the game? And what should the game settings look like to enable players to see using their tokens line of sight?

The Fog of War works like a some piece of black paper on a real table -> your players can't see through this. On the left side is a reveal tool, with it you can draw shapes for the areas you want to reveal (i.e. lift the black paper). Or you could just turn it off again in the settings for that page. Once Known as referred to a system called " Advanced fog of war ". This system has the tokens reveal the map gradually, is totally different to what I described above, and is not what you were using or asking about. ;) For the line of sight you would want to check out the dynamic lighting . Edit: All of this is about to change in the near future. The developers are working on a new system called Updated Dynamic lighting . It is available for you to use, but has many bugs reported. I don't recommend going there just yet.
I had been running the game for three hours prior to the problem/mistake. During that time, my players could see from their character's token's perspective out to the distance I had set, varying from one token to the next depending on light source. At the end of our session, my players complained that their map was not remembering where they had been, so I tried to use the reveal tool to reveal just the rooms they had been to before. When I tried to use the tool, it prompted me with a question/option set that I picked one from (dunno what it said exactly) and then afterward, my players had no vision at all from their tokens. They could not see the room, or their surroundings...only their tokens on a black empty field. I tried flipping every switch and function of lighting, fog of war, advanced fog of war, and advanced lighting...nothing seemed to affect my players view. In addition to that, from my perspective, the map now had a kind of grayed out coloration to the map. I can see where the token's line of sights should be, but it was still grayed out compared to the way it had been working just minutes before. I've tried messing with the individual tokens settings, as well as the game default settings, and I cannot seem to figure out how to just GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS! How is it possible to completely render your game experience unplayable with one click and have NO OBVIOUS WAY to undo it? I was really not expecting this level of problem solving being necessary when I upgraded my account. Is this a lost cause? Should I just delete the game and make a new one? I am at a loss.
It should be easily undone by unchecking fog of war on the page details tab in page settings. If you did that and nothing happened, thats a bug.
I did not know the Fog of War functions could be enabled and disabled on individual pages...that is useful to know! This seems to have had a positive effect, though i will still have to fuss with it a bit now since I had thrown all the switches trying to repair the damage I did. This should suffice, hopefully. I will have my players check in and confirm visability later on this evening. Thank you for being patient!
