I had been running the game for three hours prior to the problem/mistake. During that time, my players could see from their character's token's perspective out to the distance I had set, varying from one token to the next depending on light source. At the end of our session, my players complained that their map was not remembering where they had been, so I tried to use the reveal tool to reveal just the rooms they had been to before. When I tried to use the tool, it prompted me with a question/option set that I picked one from (dunno what it said exactly) and then afterward, my players had no vision at all from their tokens. They could not see the room, or their surroundings...only their tokens on a black empty field. I tried flipping every switch and function of lighting, fog of war, advanced fog of war, and advanced lighting...nothing seemed to affect my players view. In addition to that, from my perspective, the map now had a kind of grayed out coloration to the map. I can see where the token's line of sights should be, but it was still grayed out compared to the way it had been working just minutes before. I've tried messing with the individual tokens settings, as well as the game default settings, and I cannot seem to figure out how to just GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS! How is it possible to completely render your game experience unplayable with one click and have NO OBVIOUS WAY to undo it? I was really not expecting this level of problem solving being necessary when I upgraded my account. Is this a lost cause? Should I just delete the game and make a new one? I am at a loss.
