Charactermancer Wand and hammer icon won't show

Hello all, I'm having an issue where instead of seeing the icon for the wand and hammer to use the Charactermancer it shows up as a dialog box with the words written in there. I tried deleting my cache and resetting my browser history and it didn't seem to help. Does anybody know exactly where I can find the fix for it. It's just annoying since I can't see my XP prior to leveling and then I have to tab into XP and lower it to make sure I can add more. Thank you to whomever can help :) Mini

What browser/OS/hardware are you using? Chrome & Firefox are the only supported browsers, and the system can be quirky on a mobile device. Edit: Also, are you using the site in a language other than English? The CSS in some sheets can get quirky in some languages.

I am using the latest version of chrome on a window 10 PC. English is my set language. 

I'm useing similar computer setup and I'm in a group where a simialer issue is effecting everyone who added xp AND they leveled up but those that normaly used the charactmancer and those that didn't level up aren't haveing the issue if that helps any devs looking at the issue
