Is the "Tactical Maps Reincarnated" pack worth the price?

Basically what it says, I thought that I'd actually pay for some good-looking maps rather than trying to draw my own in MS paint.  Is this pack worth it? Or is there another pack with better value at a better price?
It depends on what you're looking for. If you need dungeons I would take Gabriel Pickard's stuff over WOTC any day (available on the marketplace). But there are some sweet looking outdoor and castle maps in the bundle that I found most useful.
You don't get a preview of any of the maps, not knowing what you're getting is a big turnoff. Gabe Pickard's stuff is Top Shelf, very reasonable, and you can get a good preview of each set. And a huge bonus NO GRID so you can size them any way you want.

I agree with the above, woulda said the same as Ravenknight said. It is a good high-value pack that has a lot of maps. But your money might be better spent on Gabriel P's maps from Roll20 Marketplace, however you might have to buy several of his packs to cover as much ground as Tactical Maps pack has.
I really like them and have used them in D&D 5e campaigns. One advantage is that they are made by the same people that have made other maps for D&D. (Personal favourite is Mike Schley) It gives the players a sense of continuity when the visual style remains the same.  If the style changes, it reveals to the players that you have left the prepared material.
