[Savage Worlds] Savage Worlds Tabbed Custom Skills and list of edges/hindrances

I can't for the life of me figure out how to add custom skills to the Savage Worlds Tabbed character sheet. The documentation talks about a plus button that does not seem to exist for me or at least i can't find it. Also, Is there a way to create a list of edges and hindrances so i can quickly dish them out between my characters?

First, click the Hammer/Wrench icon next to the Skill Header, you'll get something like this: Make sure a green checkmark is next to the Knowledge/Other "skill" After that, you close those and you'll have the + sign below the list of skills:
