Unable to join games!

When I click on launch game on a game I made or a game I am playing it, it takes me to the loading screen and nothing happens. Tried the Step1-2-3 thing, tried using on Opera, Chrome, Firefox, different computers, same result.

1. Chrome 81.0.4044.138 2. Had VTT Suite Extension, turned it on and off, deleted it, still nothing works. 3. Windows 10 All of the suggested were already performed, without any positive result.
