Potential Storage Bug

I was somehow over the free storage limit by a few mb and cleared out everything that was in My Library. However, my storage box still shows 117MB in use. Is this a potential bug or am I overlooking something? Other posts I read said to clear out the MY library so I don't know what could be going on. I do get this notice in My Library: " This library management tool is deprecated and no longer supported. Using this tool may cause breaking changes to your in-app art library folder structure or other issues." Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. UPDATE: Issue was with custom tokens sets which do not show up in My Library. Removed a large custom token set I had from the custom token area and this resolved the storage issues.

Hmm.. Maybe check the in game library management and see if the assets you deleted are gone there as well?

They are. I only have two games, one of which is the Wildemount freebie which shouldn't impact my storage (as far as I know). The other is one I wiped clean of all pages and assets both graphical and audio. There is only a single blank page.
I removed all games from account except the Wildemount freebie and no change to my storage. Something odd is going on but I'm not sure what else I can do other then submitting a help ticket.
Just to be clear, clearing images and sounds from games does not remove them from your Storage Quota. A particular audio file or image file only counts once in your Storage Quota, no matter how many playlists, games, or maps you use it on. Those uses are just pointers to the master copy in your Storage Quota. To delete images from your Storage Quota and free up space, you need to delete them from the Recent Uploads section of the Art Library. See the wiki here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Art_Library#Freeing_Up_Storage_Space To delete audio files from your Storage Quota and free up space, go to the main Roll20 menu along the top of the page, click Tools, then Manage Audio. Click the Tracks tab to see audio files associated with your account. If you delete them from here, that will free up space.

Oh! There's some confusion here. You upload assets by dragging them into a game, but they exist outside the game in your library. Removing references to them by removing games does not remove them. To remove them, you need to go into a game, to the Art Library Tab (1), click My Library (2), click one of your uploaded assets (3) and then manage the in the popup (4):

Hi Rabulias, Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned in my first post I have deleted all art assets My Library. IT is currently empty. I checked my audio files with your link and it is also empty. IIRC, I never uploaded audio files and used the freely available ones in roll20. Rabulias said: Just to be clear, clearing images and sounds from games does not remove them from your Storage Quota. Hi The Aaron, I did that first when my storage read 123MB and deleted the few files in there to drop it to 117. This is what My Library looks like right now: As far as I can tell My Library is empty. Are the 117mb of storage penalty coming from the free Wildemount module? The Aaron said: Oh! There's some confusion here. You upload assets by dragging them into a game, but they exist outside the game in your library. Solved the problem! I had an old custom token set that was massive and eating space. Removed that and my storage dropped to 0. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help.
Good to know! I will try to remember that custom token sets are another area to check going forward.
