Adding tags makes editor page "Not Secure" when opening character edit as GM on Google Chrome

As GM, every time I open edit character, while the character sheet has a tag added, the page becomes "Not Secure" (using Google Chrome), this seems to also extends file upload time, I think because it believes attackers can manipulate the images on the site but I don't know why. I have also found a work around: don't use tags. However, I want to use tags but can't figure out what else I can do (I did all of the previous steps available: GC on latest update but not beta, no extension interference, clear cache).
Looks like the "x" to delete the tag is a GIF pulled as a background with a non-SSL URL: <a href="http://app.roll20.net/js/textboxlist/close.gif" rel="nofollow">http://app.roll20.net/js/textboxlist/close.gif</a> Good find!

Thanks! I never would've guessed that's what caused it. How can I fix it, or should I defer to some higher authority?
Hopefully a Roll20 rep will come along this thread and get this bug into a ticket for the devs to address.
gotta hope I guess, idk how long it’ll take but hopefully this finds its way there&nbsp;
