Can't change color of my avatar

I've tried different browser and even clearing the cache, but i cannot change the color of my character. It is now pink-fucsia. Usually, when i clicked near the name of my character, on the color, it opened a menu where i could have a choice of color. But now, when i click it does not open anything. I've checked even pop-up blocker but it is not on. Tried both in Chrome - Firefox. Tks for any help if there is a solution.

Are you the GM of this game? If not, can you create a game of your own, launch it, and try to change your avatar color in that game? This will not affect the other game, but will help isolate the problem to you or that game. Have you tried in an Incognito or Private Browsing session?
