So, a rather new DM and we were playing through a marketplace purchased campaign "Crypt of Green Shadows". We were making good progress through the game then as one of the players moved... poof... the entire map was gone. Just a blank white screen. The tokens were still all there but the background map is nowhere to be found. Everything looks the same in the journal... everything is still loaded there. I went through a bunch of suggestions on the forum about browsers, page bars, etc but nothing. This was our 2nd session in the game and everything worked fine then about an hour into playing it happened. Everyone lost the map at the same time. Any suggestions? If it is a bug, it is a really crappy one.
