Hello, I have been having issues attempting to upload larger music files into the jukebox. Any file that is 7mb or less seems to upload fine, but the majority of my custom tracks are larger and much longer (14-18mb). Those ones will load for a while, then the progress bar will fill up and when it reaches the end they fail to upload saying that the "Server responded with 413 code" I have gone through the list of troubleshooting options. I have tried this on Chrome and Firefox with the same issue. Both using the most recent version of the browser I have cleared the cache I am only using 195mb of the 3gb available (in fact, the only reason I opted to start paying was to gain access to more memory for all my custom audio) The files are all mp3. I had no issues installing these 15-19mb files previously, just within the past week. I've even lowered the bitrate of the files to the smallest i can get without losing too much quality - in an attempt to shrink the file size. I am running Windows 10 Home edition 64bit Javascript is enabled No active anti-virus software while I attempt the upload (only Windows Defender) No browser add-ons or extensions installed - let alone active. I have tried both dragging the files onto the upload page, and clicking the upload button to search for the files. Neither works.
