Dragging Creatures to Map Inconsistent

One of my players is a druid which can assume animal shape. When I look up 'Tiger' I can drag it onto the map and click 'character sheet' and assign it to a player, give it a token, name it etc, it's incredibly easy, and can be opened and clicked when combat happens. Now I try to do the exact same thing for 'Brown Bear', another animal shape he uses. This time it just creates a token only on the map. I cannot view a 'character sheet' like the tiger, cannot use an image I bought as its token. It's a totally different (and frustrating) experience. Why does this happen?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally grab the Brown Bear from the Art Library tab, instead of the compendium -tab where you pulled the Tiger from? Providing a screenshot or two of the Brown Bear situation could illuminate things for us.
Here's the giant bat. Works very nicely when dragged onto the map, gives the Character Sheet and everything, which is super easy as a DM because I can click on the abilities and it will roll, love it (when it works)!!! It ALSO given me a token. (see brown bear below) Brown Bear (and others).. Just give me a token. Not the Entry which is clickable or can be assigned to a player or anything super useful like that.
