Can't PM other users (Not Authorized to Post)

I've had this problem for a week or two now. I've been trying to PM a user to ask them if they can update some character sheets they've uploaded but any time I hit send after typing out the PM I'm sent to a blank page that only has the text "Not Authorized to Post" I found some old threads of people who had this same problem and I've done what is usually recommended there (I'm using the most up to date version of Chrome, I disabled all extensions, and cleared my cache) to no avail. In those other threads the user that shares my problem usually just posts a little while later saying that the issue is gone but I've had mine for a while now.
Hi Zach, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!
I'm getting a 503 Service Unavailable.
I have never PM'ed someone before today. I tried doing it from their profile, but I got the 503 Server Unavailable error. I then tried PM'ing someone from https://app.roll20.net/private_message/inbox/ with the New Message button. I had to enter their name. That PM went through. Then PM'ing through a user's profile link started working for me.
Oh, I also completely cleared my cache on Chrome.
I am also getting people telling me they are having the same error when messaging me about a LFG post on one of my games.
I didn't grab a console log before I tried this but it seems like the problem is just when trying to message someone through their user page. I responded to a pm sent to me from Vinod and then tried to send a message to the user I've been trying to contact through their user page and it went through this time. Seems like sending a message via the method Vinod mentions or replying to a pm fixes the issue.
