Map, Token and Lighting Layers Separated from each other

We started using Dynamic Lighting for the first time yesterday. We had a series of issues throughout the evening, most of which we overcame or worked around. Towards the end of the evening, I had progressively more trouble with a variety of things. We are playing Forge of Fury from the Yawning Portal 5th edition package. We are on the first map ("The Mountain Door"). The encounter started outside in the hall between areas 12, 13 and 14. There were pre-set tokens (monsters) in areas 12 and 14. I also manually deleted the "doors" from the lighting layer so that the group could see into the rooms when the doors were opened. 1. Some of the pre-set tokens disappeared from the board as we started battle. Couldn't see them anywhere. Not all the tokens from the area, just randomly a few. (I suspect it was tokens towards the south part of each room...see below).  I added the appropriate tokens in manually. 2. I was having trouble selecting tokens. I had to keep switching layers back and forth to get it to select. Sometimes I had to reload the page. This became more frequent as the encounter went on.  3. At one point, when I selected a token, the entire map changed colour and the graphics got...wonky. When I tried to move the token, the ENTIRE MAP moved. This happened a few times and as far as I can tell, shouldn't even be possible. 4. The map elements are currently completely de-synched. (See screen shots below). The map tokens seem to be to the left and below where they should be. The lighting layer matches where the tokens are, but not where the map actually is. The "missing" tokens can be seen on some layers - it looks like they got buried in the walls when the map shifted. 5. I have no way to move any of these layers or pieces back into position. I'm not even sure how they moved in the first place. 6. A lot of the problem seemed to be happening as I tried to select or move the pre-set tokens. Some people could see them, others could not. Sometimes I could move them, sometimes I couldn't. It was confusing because it wasn't any one thing that wasn't working or triggering problems, but seemed to be a series of issues all intertwined. - I am not sure how to reproduce the problem - Using Chrome on a PC - Minimal or no extensions. Beyond20 and Kaspersky anti-virus I believe are the only 2. - Windows10 - I've opened up the game today in a chrome incognito window. No cache to clear. Problem remains.  Attachment 1: Dynamic Lighting layer screen shot. As you can see, the dynamic lighting borders are shifted off the map. Some of the original tokens have reappeared (see attachment 3 below). The PLAYER tokens are fine, since they were moved there manually on the map during the game. Everything else has shifted somehow. Attachment 2: Map Layer screen shot. Same screen, from the map layer view. Totally wonky. Attachment 3: Objects and Tokens layer. Colour and lighting seem fine here. But notice the issues. 1) Red arrow (1) is pointing to a square trap outline. That should be over where the red arrow (1a) is pointing in that hallway. 2) Blue arrow. Those tokens should be in the room to the right and slightly above. 3) Green arrow. "Vak" is an original token that stayed on the map. The dire wolf next to it "Thrag" disappeared. So I replaced it with a common dire wolf token. Why did some disappear and some stay? If you go back to the dynamic lighting layer screen shot, the "missing" tokens are there (e.g. "Old Yarrack" "Great Ulfe" etc.) Would really like to know how to fix this!!!
Update: I figured some of it out. There are 2 problems I can identify: 1. I often cannot select a token, despite being on the token layer. Nothing selects. Sometimes it DOES select the token, but when I try to move it, a different layer  ends up moving (like the dynamic lighting layer). Sometimes I switch layers and can select the token, but then...everything on that layer moves as above. 2. There are a number of tokens that have become embedded in the dynamic lighting layer. I cannot select them to move them or change their layer. Many of these are now hidden inside walls and are only visible on the lighting layer.
