Stuck on loading screen

Hello, every time I try to join any campaign I'm in (doesn't matter if I'm the DM or not) it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I've tried all solutions listed in other forum posts and on the help page, switching browsers, no addons, incognito mode, and nothing. I've also tried making a second account and it went the same way, but one of my players was able to join a campaign just fine.
I'm using the latest versions of Opera, Chrome and Firefox, Javascript and cookies enabled.

A friend of mine is having the same issue, while both me and another guy are loading the game just fine.

He just solved it by changing his IP to one different country, try using a VPN to change your country.

Please carefully work through the last two steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues:

Step 3: Clear your cache

If this does not succeed, please thoroughly work through Step 4.(Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here:
Submitting a Console Log in Firefox
Submitting a Console Log in Chrome

Thank you!

I've sent two replies but they do not appear on my screen, sorry for the double reply :)

We had the same problem yesterday. As I can see, seems that Italian players had this problem. Anyway two of my three players kept refreshing and reloading all the time until they finally connected. Unfortunately one of them continued to have that issue. So in the end we weren't able to play

That seems to have worked with Opera's VPN, though it's so random I'm not really sure. Thank you a lot!

Then I assume it's probably a server problem on their part?

Probably yes, it's their problem. Saying "clean the cache" won't help: we tried!

Same experience here from Italy. I was able to enter only after the connection has been changed into my hotspot

Greetings everyone,

To keep things consolidated and organized, we would ask that you please refer to the main thread for this issue seen here - it will have the most recent communications and updates from us. As such, we’re going to go ahead and close this post. Thank you!
