How do you report spam accounts on this site? I just received a private message that is one of those "I'm a sexy babe, contact me for a relationship" type of posts. I just noticed the Flag button, but it doesn't give me the option to say why I am flagging it for attention.
Same here. Twice today actually, I just clicked on the Flag option under the name. But not sure if that is the only way to deal with it or not.

Ditto. I flagged it, I'm certain the Mods will work it out from the general flood.
Same Here. Just got hit a second time from dorin love d.

Got a response from Gauss about my pm and he stated they are aware of it and are dealing with it. I think we just need to keep flagging these PMs as they happen so they can track it. I'm sure a mod will drop by to let us know if it is dealt with sooner or later.

I got PMed three times by the spammer myself. We're aware of the problem, but we're having difficulties getting this nailed down. Sorry about the inconvenience everyone. It'll be taken care of.
I didn't get PM'd for a sexy relationship :(

Kristin, this is the first time I experienced spam here so the fact you all, mods and devs, are on top of this is just fine. I think we, meaning the members here, have faith in your ability (that includes all the mods and devs) to take care of this problem.
gah! You mean this relationship with dorin d love is not real?!
another from dorin love d.
Jake it may be that profile picture, what self respecting Bulgarian spammer would want to look at that while she is robbing you...

I'd recommend everyone who's gotten a PM from this user to block them until we can get their IP permabanned from the site. The way to block a user is to go to their online profile by clicking on their username. One of the options on their profile is to "block [username]", it'll hide current PMs from said user as well as prevent you from getting bothered by anymore PMs from them.

The spammer "dorin" also had the generic non-personalized avatar, when I got the spam. I "flagged" it, as others suggested, and will next go and "block" the person like Kristin suggested.
Got 3 spams from her too, one 8 hours ago, the other two 1 hour ago in the span of 1 minute. Flagged all of them, and blocked that person now. Thanks for the tip on that Kristin. I just hope IP banning will do the trick. I know that in Germany very few people have permanent IPs, and we usually get a new one assigned each day. I figure in other countries it's the same.

I'm just surprised that it hasn't happened sooner. There is probably close to 300,000+ members here (based on a few comments I read scattered about) so this is a prime site for spammers to strike.

Good news everyone! I got one message from "Bianca!" I am happy now.

According to a recent post by Nolan, a Dev on here --- Roll20 is very close to half a million registered users. It was 490,000+ and climbing when he announced it!
