I was given a link to a game in the dev server. When I click the link it says i'm not signed in. Using the exact same username (email) and password to enter the main roll20 page, but it says that i don't have an account. Anyone have any suggestions. Tried in both Chrome and Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like something is off with your browser cookies. Make sure that cookies are enabled for Roll20 and also try a cache cleanse.

So I have tried everything that I can think of. Cleared cache, cleared cookies, enabled them. I tried it on my tablet as well, still same thing. Identical email and password yet can't find account. From what I read dev server uses same credentials. Is that correct?
