Ruler Option: Diagonals

When measuring distance, the option to use the 7.5 ft method for diagonals would be super useful. Either that, or the "second diagonal square is double move" rule.
They don't have that option?  I thought that was the "Euclidean" distance... Or maybe I'm remembering that wrong.  I've never really worried that much about anything beyond number of squares, I'm afraid. Either way, just in case you have't seen it, if you look under settings for your individual pages there's a drop down, "Diagonals", to change how diagonals are measured.  I thought for sure that was one of them.
Ah, you are correct! Now I feel a bit superfluous. Thanks! Hopefully this topic will help others find this very useful option.

Horatio, we also have a 'second diagonal square is double move' version of diagonals. It is the 3.5/Pathfinder setting. :) - Gauss
