Zoom Issue

Hey all, I haven't seen this discussed anywhere else on the forums, but my group has been experiencing this recently. When we're playing on a map of any fairly large size and try to zoom in past like 30 percent, the entire screen goes black. This is not happening to our DM for some reason, but the other 5 in our campaign are suffering from the problem. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks!

If the map has a fairly large size, the picture(s) on the background will probably also be very large. Roll20 has different size pictures for different zoom levels (mini,medium,max) and when zooming it tries to load the max version. i have seen that loading larges pictures can be very slow recently during peaktimes - which can have a myriad of internet related issues. The DM does not have this issue, as during his prep work earlier all the versions of all pictures are loaded in his browsercache already.
