how to move batch of images from one folder to another or from one sub folder to another

Help, this folder system works like none i have ever encountered and despite reading the manual, it doesn't really help. It seems that you can only have one folder expanded at a time, and you can only batch select when the folder is expanded, and you can only move the images to a folder that is expanded, so therefore...you can only move the images TO THE FOLDER THAT THEY ARE ALREADY IN!!!! Does this make any sense! No! I know it should not work like this, and there must be something else to make it work. I am using Chrome on a Dell. I have character portraits uploaded to a folder called character portraits and subfolders called: fighters, rogues, mages, townsfolk, etc. and want to be able to move the images to the appropriate sub folders, but am only getting stupid levels of frustration. thanks for any help.

I know your frustration and as far as I know there is no solution.

Fixing this would be great, especially when making card decks.

I have no problem keeping multiple folders expanded on Firefox, either in the journal or the art library. No bulk move though.

  • Well, I guess I am glad that I am not the only one with this problem. Maybe Firefox is the way to go, but I just went and opened the folder I wanted the images eventually in, and manually dragged each item from the list on the right of the screen into them folder. It took awhile, but it is done, and I have more than enough images for anything I should really ever need to do, so I won't need to address this again. Thanks for responding.
