5E Sheet Multiclassing Problem

I and my friends decided to swap from another sheet to the roll20 sheet recently. It's taking some time to get everyone's characters converted to the new sheet, but with the charactermancer and basically the entire compendium its been pretty fast and smooth. We, however, ran into a problem with multiclassing. In the documentation for the roll20 sheet it says a character with more than 2 classes should be prompted which class they want to roll hit die for. When we try it just rolls their base class hit die. I was able to fix the tracking for it with an additional API script I found in the forums, but is there some kind of workaround for this multiclass hit die issue that we are having?

There's a counter next to each class to tell the charactermancer how many levels in each class you are taking - are you using this for each class?
Yes. I've even made new characters and multiclassed them to test the problem. Once created and leveled a few times, I checked the settings part of the character sheet and it also shows the subclass.
