Players can't see anything with dynamic lighting

So I recently upgraded to a plus account, mainly for the dynamic lighting but in the past couple weeks some of my players have been unable to see anything. This is with the new dynamic lighting feature turned on. All tokens have vision, some have darkvision, and some emit light. All are in a room together but only one of them was able to see light when that player lit a torch and emitted light from their own token. However, even with that one token working (while the other 2 couldn't see anything) after moving the token a few times all vision went away and all that player saw was their token on a black map. I'd appreciate any help...

(My) Short answer: Don't use Updated Dynamic Lighting in an actual game. It is in development and not ready for play. Stick to Legacy (don't even click on the UDL tab) unless you are helping to test. If you need help with DL settings, post what you are trying to do and we'll give you a hand.

I think a simple font change from blue to ANGRY BOLD RED on the "active development" text for the UDL could be a good idea.
Also, updated dynamic lighting is completely unworkable on Safari, whereas the legacy system is tolerable even if not fully supported.

Yeah, and also slapping a "beta" name on the thing would make it much more clear to as well. Roll20 officially only supports Firefox & Chrome, so if you're using anything else you're pretty much on your own.
