Need one 3.5 player for a one shot tomorrow at 7pm US central time

Looking for one more player to fill out a group for a higher level one shot game tomorrow. If theres someone out there familiar with dnd 3.5 who wants to play hit me up at harvey.fjord on skype or detectivefjord@gmail.com, or pm me here on roll20. I would recommend you already have a character made for this game, as because of the circumstances, theres not a lot of time, and building a character of 15th level is time consuming. I can't help anyone build a character. System/Setting/Variants/ style of play: Dnd 3.5, Eberron, this is a one-shot game, to occur Saturday evening on Memorial Day Weekend (5/24/14). Beginning at 7pm. We will be playing a one-shot of my own design. This is a loose dungeon crawler. Expect the primary focus to be the encounters, with some puzzles and an opportunity or two for social interactions. The goal is for us to play for 4 to 6 hours, run through 3 to 4 encounters and reach some kind of dramatic conclusion. I am designing a dungeon that is meant to be accomplished in that amount of time. Do not plan on having a chance to rest once the game starts. Premise: The players will be forcibly transported through time and space from present day Eberron to the center of the City of Making, exactly one hour prior to the destruction of that city and the commencement of the Mourning. Players needed: 1 player and possibly one alternate. Three people I already know are playing. Medium: Roll20. If you've never used it before it's not too hard to learn. You will have to register on their site. I would also like to use Skype, if its practical. Starting Level/ Gold/ Classes / Races Characters will begin at level 15 with 200,000 gp (standard wealth for your level.) No one item may be worth more than 25% of that amount. All one-time use consumables are 25% more expensive than normal (which may mean that you can not purchase them if their increased price violates the 25% rule). Its a lot of gold to spend, and you'll only be playing this character once, so don't kill yourself. No crafting, I don't permit it prior to creation, and you won't have time in game (or at least you shouldn't). Classes and Races that are from books permitted below are allowed. No homebrew, 3rd party, or dragon magazine. Although it will be reiterated below, I will say it up here as well, absolutely no Faerun/Forgotten Realms of any kind whatsoever. No level adjustment races. No kobolds. No Dragonborn. No Monstrous Humanoids. Of the players already committed, they have expressed to me that they will play the following types of characters, broadly. Player 1) Illusionist (Shadowcraft Mage/ cleric of some sort) Player 2) Martial multi-attacker Player 3) Havoc Mage As long as what you make meshes with that, it doesn't really matter. Hitpoints, ability scores, allignment, relative power, Other: Take max HP at first level, and for all subsequent HD take 75% of max, round down. 32 Point buy for ability scores. I really don't like outlawing evil alignments, but you can expect to be grouped with good or neutral aligned characters. Please act in good faith, and if you are going to be evil and diabolical, be the kind of evil character who can work with a group of different alignments, at least until the betrayal will be fun for everyone. You get the idea. It's difficult to articulate precisely how powerful the characters should be. Many people who browse this forum are capable of making very powerful characters, or at least know where to find a build for one. I'm not looking for PC's that are game breaking, but I do expect that the character will be at least somewhat optimized. Just try to design a character that is functional and fun, but not one that is impossible to challenge. Hopefully I will be able to tell from looking at your sheet. You may have two flaws from Unearthed Arcana. You may take traits that are listed in Unearthed Arcana. You may purchase skill tricks from Complete Scoundrel. Special/ Backstory: This is just a one shot, so there's no need or reason to write a backstory, unless it's important for you. But I do have one requirement... Your character must have a substantial and meaningful connection to the events of the day of Mourning and the destruction of Cyre, these events must have shaped your character in some way. As I said, crafting is prohibited, but if for some reason you need to take a crafting feat or invest skill points in craft (like if it is a pre-requisite for a PRC), you may do so. If you have a pre-requisite that requires you to have crafted something, pm me. Please act in good faith. Allowed/ Prohibited Materials: Allowed: PHB 1, 2. All books of the Complete (XXX) series*. Tome of Magic, Tome of Battle. Eberron Books generally. Dungeonscape. Races of Stone, Destiny, Wild, Eberron. Magic Item Compendium. Heroes of Horror. The Book of Vile Darkness**/ Exalted Deeds***. The parts of Unearthed Arcana that do not require changing the rules or the world.****. Races of the Dragon.***** Spell Compendium. ****** Libris Mortis. Fiendish Codices I and II. Lords of Madness. Expanded Psionics Handbook. Prohibited: Anything Faerun or Forgotten Realms. Dragon Magazine. Homebrew. Third-Party-authored material. Magic of Incarnum. Setting specific material that is not Eberron and not general. All environmental variant books (Frostburn, Stormwrack, Sandstorm). The Draconomicon. Dragon Magic. Complete Psionic. Psionics Handbook. * Except Complete Psionic, you may still play a psionic character. The Eberron books supply the relevant rules for the most part. ** But see the requirement for good faith, that applies to all characters, but especially to evil characters. No rapists. *** Good players must also act in good faith. No Equestrophiles. **** For example, prestige paladin is not permitted, as it requires removing the paladin class from play. But environmental racial variants are, permitted provided that they don't violate other racial rules. ***** But Dragonborn and Kobolds are still prohibited. ****** The Spell Compendium's version of a spell is the official version, unless otherwise stated. (example: summon undead). The rules in this post are subject to change if necessary.
I would like to play in this one shot. I will get my character ready by tomorrow
