Working with weather

First time I have created a game, so I'm not sure if I'm missing a step. Is there any guide to implementing weather in a game? I created a page, and the weather effects look fine. I go to Settings and re-join as a player, it looks fine. When any player connects, they never see the rain at all. Show animated graphics is enabled, and we've used Chrome and Firefox and can't see it. I've even created a blank page with just the grid showing, and the rain shows up fine only for me. What am I missing?

How are you setting up the weather effect?
Which layer do you have the weather effect on?  Do you have the animated weather set to be in front of any other images on the same layer? -Adam
On the Foreground Layer, I dragged the Rain Storm image from Premium Assets | Marketplace Purchases | Weather Overlays. It may be moot, as it seems to be making the background music track choppy? Thinking it may be better to stick with a static image with rain on it if the track will sound correct.
If you right-click on the graphic, and select layer, does it say Map, GM or Token as selected?
The weather image shows FG in the bottom right corner, and right-click | Layer has Foreground Layer selected.
Roll20 does not currently have a Foreground Layer. Only Map, GM Info, Dynamic Lighting, and Object/Token Layers. Can you post a screenshot of what you seeing?
Dave, the weather effects and foreground layer are part of a browser extension and are not part of roll20 or supported in the forums.

Please follow the following instructions: Turn your browser extensions off Enter the VTT as GM go to your My Settings tab and enable Advanced Keyboard Shortcuts go to whatever layer your rain token is on select it with left click Press the “L” key and then the “M” key. If your players have their settings correct, they’ll see it now because you’ve just put it into your map layer.
Thanks for the assistance everyone. I did manage to put some fog on the map layer on a smaller map and a player could see it OK. The other outdoor map with rain was causing the audio track to skip a lot (map is a bit bigger than the first one), so I went with a static rainy image of the map and leave out any animations. I think the area is too big to have it rain everywhere, and I'd rather have the track running. I'm all set - thanks again.
