Bard Colleges missing in Charactermancer..?

Hey, folks! Sorry if I'm out of line with this one, relatively new to Roll20. Freakin' love it so far, though! I've only run into one snafu so far-- My friend & I were using the Charactermancer  for the first time, to create a Bard for our new campaign (5e). Creation seemed to go off without a hitch, but once we wanted to level his character to LVL3, we noticed that we were only given 2 choices of Bard Colleges; Lore & Valor. Is this a known issue/restriction with the system, or is something bugging out with our character sheet? My friend's extremely interested in the College of Glamour, & we'll just level up manually if need be. Thanks for any input!

It sounds like one of you has purchased the Players Handbook. Unfortunately, the College of Glamour is a subclass from Xanathar's Guide to Everything. In order to use the charactermancer to level up would require the purchase of the compendium addition. If you don't mind rolling up your sleeves a bit, though, you can add in whatever you need manually. Charactermancer makes things easier, but it's not required.
Ahh-- Fantastic! Just a few questions-- If I as the DM purchase the compendium add-on, my players can take advantage of it in the Charactermancer if I activate the SHARE COMPENDIUM settings, correct? Also, should we go back & recreate his character from scratch, considering we started without the add-ons? Or do they not affect LVL1 characters much?

Also, oddly enough-- It doesn't seem that either of us had purchased the Players Handbook. Did we have access to things we shouldn't have? Is this something I should be worried about?

It does sound odd. I think only the College of Lore comes with the SRD. Since you were seeing both that and Swords, I assumed the PHB. I wouldn't worry about it though. So long as you at least have the things in the SRD, you should be fine.
Ah, got'cha. It was Lore & Valor actually, both included in the SRD I suppose. Thank you so much for the help, and so quickly!!!
