[LFP][Free] Savage Worlds (SWADE) Sci Fi Space Opera

Looking for something different from all the D&D5E modules? Do you like Science Fiction to the tune of The Expanse + Shadowrun + Firefly/Serenity, homebrew genre? Are you interested in a long term game that favors roleplaying and narrative (with enough combat to make you feel better about being cooped up all day) Do you like Savage Worlds, or have an interest in trying it? Are you free Friday nights at 9pm EST? (and...will you continue to be free after life returns to "normal" after this Corona Virus stuff?) Do you like when GM's fail horribly at doing voices? Then perhaps consider my game: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/181425/the-edge-of-space Game Zero starts Friday the 29th of May.
Looks interesting, but I dont think I can make that time slot :(
I like everything I'm hearing. Are you okay with someone who has never played the system and is willing to learn?
People who are new to Savage Worlds are welcome (already have a majority of people who are new to it right now). Luckily, it's not a hard system to explain. I care more about player compatibility on different levels than i do about it on the game system level :)
I'm in, not sure to what though
I still have one player slot open for this Friday's game. Game will have a preference of narrative roleplay over combat (roughly 75/25 ratio), player cooperative style, and newbie welcome. Really more interested in reproducing the "5 friends sitting around a table, drinking beer, rolling dice and laughing" kinda atmosphere. Except without a table.
