I struggle to get unisystem set up

I started with the character sheet from Buffy (unisystem). Now I want to  create a source for the players to add more combat maneuvers from. I found out that I can upload single pdf pages as pictures but I would prefere to have something written maybe even drag and drop style. Is this possible? The compandiums from D&D you see in all the videos have highlited links you can click on. Is it possible to do this by yourself?

Custom compendiums are not possible, but it's a popular suggestion. What you could do is create dropdown menus for these manoeuvres, and then create sheetworkers that change several stats based on the selections. You are aware that custom character sheets is a Pro feature, and you can't properly test sheets outside Roll20.
