Did you select a character sheet when you created the game? (This can be done at any time, but once you have chosen one, it is not recommended you switch) When you open a character, do you see three tabs or two? It should show the Bio tab, the Character Sheet tab and the Attributes & Abilities tab. If the middle one is missing, that is a good indicator that no sheet has been chose on the game settings page. If the problem is something different, please give a little more info about what is happening. Feel free to use screen shots if that would help.
