How can I add descriptions to a roll table result?

I am currently running 5e Tomb of Annihilation - and have built three rollable tables for different seasons of weather (dry/rain/monsoon), I can get it to create the macro from the roll table - so far so good.  I click and it rolls and tells me: "Rain", "sunny with showers" etc.  Great. What I'd like to do now next is add in some descriptive text to the roll result so I can add in mechanical effects like say a roll returning the result of "heavy mist" might have implications for visibility and sneaking.  I'm a little turned around on how to do this I didn't see the option in the roll table add item (which is just entering the name and the weighting) and the Macro is basically saying display a roll from [nameoftable] - so how do I input text descriptions? Yours, thoroughly puzzled,  Richard.
The name is the description. Anything you put in there will output when you get that result on a roll, although it doesn't do special formatting or in-line rolls like regular text does.
