Cannot send Private Messages

Been trying to message someone and keep on getting "Not Authorized to Post" I have followed all the steps in troubleshooting and have experienced no change. Using Google Chrome:  Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) Windows 10 (64 bit)  Java is enabled Malware Bytes+Windows built in.  No browsers enabled/installed at the time of this post. 

Hello Kuhaica,   Apologies for any inconvenience.  You can correct this issue by posting or replying in a public forum and checking the Captcha box which appears to the right of your text box.  Once you've done so, your ability to send PMs should be restored. Let us know if you have any other questions or continue to experience the issue.

It seems just this post fixed it. That's a strange bug. Thank you for the help.
