Hi there! Looking for a group, and a GM, to run a campaign using the Wrath & Glory system in the 40k universe. Tuesday evenings US EST is a suggested time, can work out other times as needed once more people get in touch, in general as I am AEST it will need to be in US EST evenings. In terms of the style of campaign sought, and the sort of player I am, I like to have a group and GM that is patient and welcoming to new people, friendly and relaxed while being considerate of others. I like campaigns which emphasise the characters and the setting, and which move beyond being mere numbers on a sheet but rather are about those collaborative story-telling moments - whether silly, heartbreaking, or epic, as long as it feeds into that character driven collaborative narrative and doesn't feel like it's breaking the fourth wall, overriding players' characters' agency, I am all over it! :D I am new to the Wrath and Glory system, but have read through the rule-books a fair bit so am confident I can not be too much of a hinderance. Don't mind if we use the Gilead setting from the core rules, but always prefer it when there is a chance to see the original and exciting effort of the GM in creating a story, so seeing it more as a springboard and would prefer to avoid one of the written adventures. Would like to start with tier 1 or 2 archetypes so that the growth and cool moments in the character's lives really come from the campaign rather than anything written into backstory. Given all this obviously looking for a campaign and group that is a little more long-term rather than just a one-off.
