Joined a game and can see the chat but the tabletop isn't loading up. Continues to show "Loading", a black background and cycling through the various messages underneath Loading.

Have you tried in both Firefox and Chrome? Have you tried launching Roll20 in a Private Browser / Incognito browser session? Can you ask the game's GM if they are using Updated Dynamic Lighting or Legacy Dynamic Lighting on the page the players are on? If so, can they try loading the players to a page without Dynamic Lighting and see if you can get in?

Same problem here, and it is a new fresh game, without any Dynamic Lightning or NOTHING.

We weren't using dynamic lighting at all.  I was originally trying to launch the game using Chrome, when that failed I tried Internet Explorer and Edge but neither worked.  Tried restarting the laptop but that didn't help.  Eventually worked with Firefox (after downloading the browser).

Chrome and Firefox are the only officially supported browsers for Roll20.
