Lag Issues Since Last Week

Running long time campaign on Roll20 and its been great up until last week. Myself and my players are experiencing significant lag when attempting to move tokens and roll dice.  We assumed it was an internet load issue but continuing issues today.  We play Tuesdays 18:00 eastern standard on Columbus, Ohio server. I am using Google Chrome version 83.0.4103.61 (64 bit).  Anyone else having this issue?  Any advice? Cleared cache to no success. Internet tests at 110.9/mbps
We ended up canceling as it wasn't going to work. One of the player's runs a Sunday night game so we loaded up his and jumped on and no lag at all. I'm assuming now its perhaps on my end when hosting?  Any thoughts appreciated.
If a specific game keeps experiencing issues - and when all other games seem to work perfectly -  my last resort is to make a copy of the game (via the "Settings" Button on the game details page. The copy will be on a different " Real-Time Sync Shard " that might have no or less lag.

It won't be because of your hosting per se (nothing to do with your computer for example, nothing to do with who is GM'ing) but yes probably a difference in Page Settings (Dynamic Lighting related, where something like Advanced Fog Of War could be on in yours, but OFF in the other campaign). Or if yours has 100's of monsters and the other one only has 20 character sheets in the journal. Does either of those sound like it might be it?

I had turned on Adv Fog of War a long time ago as a way to track player's previously explored areas of the dungeons and we never ran into lag issues before so I never even thought that could be it. Curious if there has been a coding change or something. Anyway, thank you for the clue!
