I generally add them in the "Spell-Like" section. It is set up for spells, so it has all the fields you would want for one. You can set it as "per day" and set the max number as the number of charges on the wand when you get it. Just count up (or down) charges until it is used up then. I put all wands, scrolls, and potions in that section.
