Credit Card Payments/Security

Issue: Currently, there is no obvious way to manage payment methods , such as adding, removing or changing credit cards. There is a link ( https://app.roll20.net/account/manage_card/ ) located in the Help Center, but it requires some digging to find. I would imagine that this is exceptionally difficult for some users with accessibility needs. Additionally, members who use the free plan but previously had a paid plan are given the option to use their previously saved payment method, potentially without needing to verify payment information. (To see this, go to https://app.roll20.net/why-subscribe-to-roll20 and choose "Select [Plan Name]"). I have not confirmed if any other confirmation is needed to enroll in a plan. This is potentially a security issue, as someone accessing another person's account is able to make purchases or enroll in ongoing subscription payments. They could also see the last 4 digits of your credit card, but this is (maybe?) less of an issue. Solution : I think it would be beneficial if users were given an easily accessible and visible interface/webpage to manage (or at least remove) payment methods . If we could also have some kind of multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an option for purchases , it might feel safer to have credit card information saved here. *Sorry if this was too wordy or unclear. I'll try to clarify things if needed.
Wow.. I wish I could downvote this. Years of customer service PTSD flaring up right now...

I also come from a Customer Service background, but I'm also currently in IT. I understand that some customers do have unreasonable demands, but wouldn't it be a much bigger headache in cases of identity theft? And from a PR perspective, people tend to react fairly poorly toward unexpected charges on their credit cards.
