Hi everyone, The XP Team and Dev Team here at Roll20 have been continuing investigation into issues that have been causing games to not load. We have received many reports, all with slight variations on a potential cause. We have thrown together a troubleshooting guide for some of the more common causes on our Help Center here . We recently resolved a contributing issue surrounding the community created GURPS sheet. This was caused by having a different language preference selected than English. This has come up in the past, and we have a fix for the underlying cause in development. If the aforementioned troubleshooting document does not resolve your issue, please submit a report i n this Google form . Your reports help us diagnose issues like these and fix them. As we will be utilizing the google form for gathering reports we will be closing this thread. UPDATE: We just pushed out a hotfix today which included additional diagnostic information from console logs. This should help us investigating and resolution of loading issues. As such, if you go to fill out this Google form , please make sure to include the console log. Thank you!
