Hello I am new to roll 20 and have been having issues on my mac.&nbsp; Everything is clunky and does not run smoothly.&nbsp; Two examples are when scrolling on the map or dragging tokens, there is a lag or delay.&nbsp; I have looked online and cannot find any reasons that it is running so poorly.&nbsp; I am on a Macbook pro and I have tried the steps outlined by tech support for related issues, including: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. I have tried this on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome and get the same unresponsiveness with all 3. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. I have tried to disable all of them and do not currently have an anti-virus. Step 3: Clear your cache &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I have also tried this with all 3 browsers and it did not help.
