Can't change color square next to user name (MacBook)

On a MacBook. I've been unable to bring up the color swatch options for the square next to my user name. I've tried clicking the colored square once, twice, left and right clicking, and the hamburger menu is unresponsive too! It's driving me buggy, I hate this dark green color! Please help.

Yes. Firefox is my main browser. I also tried in Chrome and Safari. Is it possible that my MacBook OS is the problem? I messed around in the inspector and was able to change the code in html, and the element rule, but it just reverts back to the ugly green color in a few seconds. :'(

Try connecting in a Private Browsing browser session? It could be a plugin is interfering. Are you the GM? If not, ask the GM if they are running any API scripts that prevent players from changing their colors. Whether you are the GM or not, try creating a new game and see if you can change your color in that game.
